Event Planning
We have executed thousands of events. Let us take the stress away from you. The StonedxSteph approach sets up your event for success with extensive strategy planning, regular updates leading to the event, critical feedback recaps, day-of checklist execution and post-party debrief. We have seen it all and will ensure no last-minute emergency will impact your party. Our job is to ensure you don’t even know about them 😉.

Party Activations
StonedxSteph is known for our unique event activations. Designed around the party theme, trend of the month or guest of honour’s interests; our activations come fully staffed with trained experts who know how to create hype around our booth.
Our activations span any event from a small group of 15 to large crowds of 500. We’ve done activations at birthday parties, baby naming, bar mitzvahs, corporate parties and convention booths.

Immersive Theatre
StonedxSteph is based out of the Immersive Theatre on Caledonia Rd.
This space provides 360-degree screens to provide an event space that transports you out of this world for the evening.
From sit-down dinners set in the desert sands to dance parties in Ibiza to watching multiple NHL games while playing Xbox on a 200” screen, our Theatre can take on any theme you want.
